The pillars
Each pillar has its own free guide in the Peptiva Centre.
The habits that support this goal
- A 5 to 10 minute warm-up before each session and a cool-down at the end: that's what protects the next session.
- 1.6 to 2.2 g of protein per kilo of body weight per day (Morton meta-analysis), spread across the day.
- Write down your weights and reps. The goal is to beat the previous week, not to have the perfect session.
- 7 to 9 hours of sleep: progress is built during recovery, not during the session.
