How it works
1. You share your code
Your personal code is in My account. The person enters it when paying for their order, and gets 10% off their first order, up to $30.00 off, unless a better discount (such as the VIP member price) already applies. With your invitation link, they also receive $20 in Peptiva Dollars as soon as they sign up.
2. Their order is confirmed
An invitation counts when your friend, a new customer, places a first paid order that includes at least one pen. Your reward is granted 7 days after payment, once the order is definitively confirmed.
3. Your Peptiva Dollars are deposited
No code to enter: the amount lands straight in your Peptiva Dollars balance, in My account. You can spend it whenever you like, on up to 50% of what is left to pay on an order once discounts are taken off, shipping excluded. Your balance never expires, and it cannot be cashed out.
The rules
The rule is simple: one reward corresponds to one real new customer. Inviting yourself, multiple accounts belonging to the same person, and cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible.
- • The same person can only generate one reward, regardless of the number of accounts or orders.
- • Inviting yourself (a second account, an order paid by the person who invites, the same address or phone number as them) is not eligible.
- • If your friend's order is cancelled, refunded or disputed, the reward is cancelled (except for what has already been spent).
- • Peptiva Dollars pay for up to half of what is left to pay once discounts are taken off, shipping excluded. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- • Unusual situations (for example, a very large number of invited friends within minutes) are reviewed manually before being granted.
