Educational protocols
A "protocol" isn't a fixed recipe: it's a general structure that helps you know what to do, when, and why. Here are the basic concepts that come up in most peptide plans.
1. Titration: start low, increase gradually
Most protocols start with a dose lower than the target dose, increased gradually over several weeks. This approach gives your body time to adapt and reduces how often and how intensely side effects occur.
How fast you increase depends on the peptide and your tolerance: check this with the product sheet or our team.
2. Duration and cycles
Some peptides are used continuously, others in cycles (a period of use followed by a break). The right rhythm depends on your goal and the peptide: it's specified in the protocol that comes with each product you buy (payment email, My account, the label's QR code).
3. Tracking and adjustment
A protocol is never set in stone: it adjusts based on your results and tolerance. Keeping a simple log (dose, date, how you felt) helps spot trends and makes for a more precise conversation with our team or a professional if an adjustment is needed.
4. Combining multiple peptides
Some combinations are common, for example, a weight-loss peptide with a recovery peptide, but the order, spacing, and respective doses vary by product. This decision is made case by case, never by copying a protocol found online without validation.
What this page is not
This page gives no dose and no schedule for any peptide. The dose in units, the frequency and the cycle length come with each product you buy: payment email, My account, and the label's QR code. Always start from a protocol validated for your situation rather than a generic template found elsewhere.
Your product's protocol is in My account, Tracking tab, My product sheets section, and on the QR code on the label.
