Is it complicated to use?+
No. The pen arrives prefilled: screw on a fresh needle, turn the dial to the dose you want, and that's it. Nothing to reconstitute, nothing to calculate.
What if my package never arrives?+
Every order ships from Quebec with a tracking number. If the carrier confirms the loss, we send you a replacement at no charge.
How do I dispose of needle tips safely?+
Use a rigid, puncture-proof container (a sharps container, or failing that a thick plastic bottle with a lid) and bring it to a pharmacy or municipal collection point once full. Never throw a needle directly into the garbage or the recycling bin.
Are the injections done into fat or muscle?+
The vast majority of peptides sold by Peptiva are injected subcutaneously, that is, into the fatty tissue just under the skin, not into the muscle: the belly, at least 5 cm from the navel, the outer side of the thigh or the back of the arm. It's a shallow injection, similar to insulin, done with a very fine needle.
Are the injector pens reusable?+
The pen body is reusable for several injections as long as the cartridge contains product. The needle, however, must be changed for every injection to stay sterile and to avoid the discomfort of a dull needle.
