The 3 steps to remember

Mix it, once
Empty the whole water syringe into the pen: the plunger moves back, that is normal. Roll it gently, without shaking, until it is clear.
If the powder resists, let the pen rest for 10 minutes, then roll it again. Do not inject while any deposit remains: the dose would be wrong.

Push out the air
A new needle tip for every injection. Dial at the smallest mark, needle up: press until a drop appears. The first time, repeat until you see it.

Set the dose
Turn the dial to your units, inject and count to 10. Your units: your protocol, sent by email and in My account.
Between injections, the mixed pen stays in the fridge, in its box, cap back on, with no needle tip attached.
