Healing Blend
What is common, what is less so, and what to do if something is out of the ordinary.
What most people notice
Redness or slight tenderness at the injection site, which eases in a day or two.
What can also happen
- Temporary fatigue or mild headaches in the first few days, more likely linked to TB-500.
- Mild nausea or dizziness, more likely linked to BPC-157.
- Swelling or itching at the injection site.
To reduce these effects
- Change the injection site every time.
- If fatigue bothers you during the day, inject in the evening instead, if your protocol allows.
- Have a small snack before the injection if nausea appears.
- Do not raise the dose on your own.
When to talk to a professional
With this product, especially if you notice:
- Redness or warmth that spreads beyond the injection site, or fever.
- Pain that increases instead of easing on an injured area.
- Intense fatigue that lasts more than a few days.
If a symptom is severe, lingers or worries you, stop the product and talk to a healthcare professional. An immediate reaction after the injection, such as trouble breathing or swelling of the face, needs medical care right away.
Specific to this product
- This blend is not recommended with an active or recent cancer, and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- A serious injury that has not been assessed should first be seen by a healthcare professional.
Anti-doping: Both components are prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (S0 and S2).
Where the research stands
Level of evidence: Laboratory research
What is known comes from its two components, studied separately, mostly in the laboratory. On the blend itself, human data are limited.
