Eligibility

This site is intended for adults 18 and over. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are of the required age and provide accurate information.

Educational content

The Peptiva Centre, Peptiva Academy, the plan questionnaire, your plan, the information pages, the chat assistant and Victor are provided for educational purposes. They are not medical advice and never replace the advice of a health professional.

The chat assistant and artificial intelligence

The chat assistant and Victor, the VIP members' butler, are artificial intelligence tools. Victor suggests changes to your protocol or your plans: nothing changes without your confirmation. Their answers may contain errors: if in doubt, write to our team.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer, and an order is confirmed when the transfer is received. If the transfer has not arrived 48 hours after the order, we send you a reminder. If no transfer arrives within 7 days of the order, it is cancelled at no charge.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (out of stock, display error, suspected fraud). In that case, any amount received is refunded in full.

Cancellation, returns and shipping

You can cancel an order as long as it is not yet being prepared. Once shipped, it is neither taken back nor refunded: a problem is resolved with a replacement, under our returns policy. Shipping times and fees are detailed on the Shipping page.

Intellectual property

The site's content (texts, visuals, brand, training) belongs to Peptiva and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms may evolve; the version in effect is the one published on this page. Important changes are announced on the site.
